                - Not being called back after enquiries
                - Lack of knowledge and being passed around support
  • System crashes
  • Inability to upload more than one property at a time to web
  • Maximum of five images per property
  • Inability to import Mpeg & AVI Video clips of properties
  • Database being congested with letters/reports. Software   unable to link with Microsoft Word and Outlook.

  • Can upload all available properties to the web
  • Able to have up to 10 images per property on GEMINI
  • GEMINI supports video files such as MPEG and AVI
  • The GEMINI database saves all letters/reports into their corresponding property folder and not the database, which doesn’t cause slow down or system crashes.

Can link with Microsoft Word for letters and can also link to Microsoft Outlook for diary appointments, although there is a built in diary throughout GEMINI
