As we announced a third successive year of record profits in May, we celebrated another year of considerable achievement for VTUK. The company delivered an exceptional range of developments and continued to make good progress in delivering the core strategy of creating sustained long-term value for our clients.

Financial Highlights of 2006

During the financial year ending 30th April 2008, at £505k, VTUK's group's turnover was up substantially on the previous year and profit reached £82k. Despite prevailing market conditions being the worst in living memory for the property sector.

The increased turnover was driven by a greater volume of sales due to the release of two new products and the provision of a new training facility. The scale and quality of VTUK's client bank is the cornerstone of the company's business strategy and, with a client retention rate of 98.7% over a 4 year period this grew to new heights in 2008.
