Whilst Britain has been gripped in the clutches of the longest “cold snap”, which we believe to be a technical term for 30 years and the country has been bought to its knees, it appears that the property industry is made of hardier stuff.
Records show that the levels of support have not decreased and enquiries into training, new services and best practice advice in respect of compliance have if anything increased.
This may be due to a lack of Clients visiting the office, but we prefer to think it’s a another example of professional dedication to getting into work and maintaining service in tough times for tenants and landlords alike.
In reflection of this we can confirm that at VTUK Witney, an area hit by some 28cm of snow and overnight temperatures of -18 degrees we have maintained full staffing levels, with zero absences to match the dedication of our clients. On site and Head Office based Training is also unaffected
