The pilot training session, which focussed on Letter Creating within GEMINI, VTUK’s letting and management software, took place on 12 June, with over 170 people from 82 lettings agents taking part. It proved so successful, VTUK are introducing regular sessions to ensure clients utilise their market leading lettings and management software to its full potential. Future planned training topics include Marketing with Gemini and Bank Reconciliation.

The sessions include an online tutorial on how best to utilise a specific element of the software, with VTUK’s Technical Director, Darren Rockett on hand to offer advice and answer questions.
