VTUK was the only software provider to win an award in a category for the entire spectrum of suppliers from across the property industry. The nomination was proposed by clients impressed with the contribution VTUK’s service and software had made to their business.

The award recognises the quality of VTUK’s software and the positive impact this has had on agents’ businesses, including cost saving, of as much as £30,000 per year, enhancing standards, ensuring compliance and increasing competitive advantage. The software is continually being enhanced, with over 400 improvements and updates this year alone in response to client requests and legislative changes.

VTUK’s commitment to after-sales care and customer service was also recognised, with free on-site training to all new clients, regular ‘update’ training so all clients can fully utilise the system, and a dedicated technical services helpline. In the last year, VTUK has carried out 1,344 hours of training and handled 12,800 telephone enquiries from clients.

One example of VTUK’s service is the national, instant RSS feed established to communicate to customers. It helps provide up to date information on industry issues and legislation, share best practice and has even prevented agents from being victims of fraud by issuing warnings of scams being operated.
