VTUK, the UK’s leading independent property software provider, has been appointed an official technology partner of O2, the UK’s leading provider of mobile phone, landline and internet services in an exclusive partnership that will see O2 services integrated into VTUK’s property software offering.

The two companies will work together to offer faster, simpler communications and more streamlined, effective working solutions for their respective customers and joined up business.

The first collaboration will be an improved SMS service, powered by O2. This improved service allows lettings agents to contact large numbers of tenants, potential tenants, suppliers and landlords at the click of a button through VTUK’s specialised lettings software, GEMINI.

VTUK’s ancillary services offering, which was launched in July this year, is a one stop shop for all services required to let or sell property, allowing agents to order EPCs, floorplans, inventories, gas and electricity safety checks, insurance, referencing services, utility management services (gas, electricity, water and council tax notification) and much more from a single web portal. The ancillary services portal is unique, simple, saves time and can earn agents money on each order placed.
