


VTUK’s ancillary service now includes local suppliers
VTUK, the UK’s leading independent property software provider, is proving it is becoming a solutions provider to all areas of the property management industry with the growing success of Pisces, its ancillary services offering. As well as offering the best prices with a number of national suppliers, agents can now include their existing, local suppliers in Pisces.
Pisces now has two offerings, Platinum and Gold. The Platinum service offers agents competitively priced, top-quality service with national suppliers such as Hallmark, the UK’s leading utilities management company, providing gas, electricity, council tax and water supply administration services to lettings agents across the UK, and the CCV Lettings Agent Solutions, providers of comprehensive same-day tenant referencing and insurance services for landlords, lettings agents and tenants.
The Gold service offers agents the opportunity to incorporate their own established, local preferred suppliers into Pisces. This ensures agents’ maintain their supplier relationships, while still getting all the benefits of Pisces. The two are interchangeable, allowing Gold service users the ability to use Platinum suppliers if necessary.

The one stop shop for all services required to let or sell property was launched in August this year, allowing agents to order EPCs, floorplans, inventories, gas and electricity safety checks, insurance, referencing services, utility management services (gas, electricity, water and council tax notification) and much more from a single web portal. The ancillary services portal is unique, simple, saves time and can earn agents money on each order placed.
Existing VTUK customers can access the new service directly through GEMINI (lettings and management software) or AQUARIUS (estate agency software), while new customers simply need to call VTUK on 01993 893 399 in order to register for the service and get access to the web portal.
