Social Responsibility

The Environment

Paper & printing - We aim to provide 100% of our documentation in electronic format, including all of our manuals and technical guides. This is also now being rolled out to our central administration department with the provision of e-invoicing. For our clients we have included email and SMS facilities in the software to minimise printer and postage usage, as well as export facilities to allow reports to be sent as PDF or exported straight into excel format to avoid paper usage. All client notes and records can be stored in the property folder negating the need for duplicate hard copies.

Electronic media - We provide all of our updates in download format to save using CDs and when we do use CD we provide a recycling function so that the precious resource is not lost.

We also provide for printer cartridge recycling. The amount of cartridges used in the world is placing a vast strain on the environment and by recycling we can prevent this from happening.

Charity

We dedicate our charitable work towards four extremely beneficial trusts.

RNLI

The RNLI is the charity that provides a 24-hour lifesaving service around the UK and Republic of Ireland. Our volunteer crews give up their time and comfort to carry out rescues in difficult and often dangerous conditions.

Teenage Cancer Trust

Teenage Cancer Trust is a charity devoted to improving the lives of teenagers and young adults with cancer. TCT achieves its goals through a number of initiatives, all dependent on private fundraising efforts that range from high profile concerts and sponsored treks to local community events and personal charitable giving.

Cancer Research UK

Cancer Research UK is the world's leading independent organisation dedicated to cancer research. They support research into all aspects of cancer through the work of more than 3,000 scientists, doctors and nurses.

NSPCC

NSPCC's work is mostly with children, young people and their families. NSPCC also work to achieve cultural, social and political change - influencing legislation, policy, practice, public attitudes and behaviours and delivering services for the benefit of young people.

NSPCC's aim:
We want to see a society where all children are loved, valued and able to fulfil their potential. To do this, we have four objectives:

To mobilise everyone to take action to end child cruelty.

To give children the help, support and environment they need to stay safe from cruelty.

To find ways of working with communities to keep children safe from cruelty.

To be, and be seen as, someone to turn to for children and young people.

Case Studies

In our case studies we focus on the real benefits bought to our Clients through implementation of our systems. These case studies are constantly updated to reflect the progress and ever more inventive applications of our solutions by property practitioners.
